construction

Two platforms for the industry that runs on PDFs and goodwill: one for the people who build, one for the people who hire.

TopMeistars

Construction-services marketplace

Built · in final testing

A marketplace for finding tradespeople in Latvia, in Latvian, Russian and English. Ranking comes from verified completed jobs; there is no paid placement. Jobs are escrow-backed and reviews are double-blind in both directions.

Praxio

SaaS for prefab construction

Complete · launching

The buy-and-build cycle of prefab construction on one platform: an admin console for the builder, a portal where buyers approve milestones and release staged payments, a field app for crews, and a site-camera archive with a documented custody trail.

live events

Two platforms for the night itself, where the doors opening is the busiest minute the system will ever see.

Fastix

Last-minute ticket resale

First version shipped

Peer-to-peer ticket resale for concerts, sport and theatre. Sellers list, buyers purchase, payments split between seller and platform. The operator console handles seat maps, payouts, refunds and broker licensing.

Evenza

Event ticketing platform

In build · pre-launch

Ticketing from the organizer's side first: one dashboard runs the box office, the ticket types and the promo campaigns, and every staff member sees only what their role allows. The public shop takes a buyer from event page to paid ticket in three screens.
