what the system enforces
- A ranking earned from completed work, with the formula published
- Repeat reviews between the same two people counting for less each time, and nothing after the third
- Escrow that holds the money until the work lands
- An evidence ledger standing behind every dispute
- Only verified businesses on the marketplace, and moderation that keeps it that way
